Aly Raisman released a list of demands for the U.S. Olympic Committee's investigation into former USA Gymnastics physician Larry Nassar, who was sentenced this week to up to 175 years in prison on sexual assault charges.
In November, Nassar pleaded guilty to seven charges of sexual assault in MI.
"While the USOC encourages USAG to think and act broadly on reforming its culture, we also believe that reform must start with an entirely new board", Blackmun wrote in a letter to USA Gymnastics' board.
Five members of the board had already resigned over the scandal, and the remaining 16 will resign by the Wednesday, per the USOC's demand.
In a statement Thursday night, USA Gymnastics said it "completely embraces" Blackmun's requirements.
Lou Anna Simon, the president of Michigan State University, where Nassar also worked, stepped down on Wednesday after facing a barrage of criticism for not doing enough to halt the abuse.
Toward the end of his note, Blackmun said that gymnasts who were abused by Nassar may want to ask their doctors "whether to seek tests for STDs or other possible conditions, such as the HPV virus, that could possibly result from sexual assault". "Our campus and beyond has been attacked by evil", Hollis said.
"I trusted him right away", Dantzscher said of Nassar.
Hollis says he is "not running from anything" and will cooperate with investigators from the NCAA and Michigan's Attorney General's office about how the university handled reports of sexual abuse by Nassar.
Pruitt says Nassar treated her six or seven times for a shoulder injury.

Geddert's elite gym, Twistars, is at the center of the Nassar scandal. Several victims during Nassar's sentencing hearing blamed the USOC, as well, for the abuse. Current board members won't be eligible for the new seats.
Legal experts said USA Gymnastics and Michigan State would need to consider the potential public relations disaster of aggressively challenging a group of very sympathetic plaintiffs in court.
A USOC investigation into how Nassar was able to abuse victims for years will include looking at whether any USOC officials themselves looked the other way.
The national outcry over Nassar has prompted the US House of Representatives, Senate, the Department of Education and the USOC to announce further investigations this week.
The sentencing hearing that allowed the young women to give a face and a voice to their abuse to millions of television viewers did what almost 18 months of lawsuits and admissions by some of the most high-profile gymnasts in the country could not: move the needle enough to spur significant action.
Michigan State argued that much of Nassar's abuse fell outside the scope of his employment. "They took his side over us for so long", Raisman said on ABC's "The View" Friday morning.
"We should have never ever been alone with him", she added.
"If all of them knew what was going on all this time somebody should be held accountable", Bonnie Canal said. This is especially true of Rachael Denhollander, the first women to come forward publicly in what was soon revealed to be an endemic level of sexual abuse.
