Rich Swann
A WWE performer has been cleared after last month's arrest stemming from an altercation with his spouse.
As reported in early December the 205 Live star was arrested on charges of battery and false imprisonment, after an argument with a woman later determined to be his wife, Vanarrah Riggs.
Swann, 26, was taken into custody following a public incident with his wife, Vanarrah Riggs, with witnesses claiming the 205 Live star had put his partner in a headlock and forcibly pulled her back to his auto. Yung and Swann seem to have reconciled since the incident.
Following the incident, Swann's wife had posted positive comments about him on social media. Swann allegedly got angry and Riggs jumped out of the auto because she was anxious that the argument was going to escalate. Riggs later fled the vehicle again while it was still moving. The auto was apparently not in park, and it crashed into a telephone pole.

Following his arrest, the WWE suspended Swann indefinitely and he stripped him of his title opportunity for the Cruiserweight Championship.
Yung told the authorities that Swann "has a temper sometimes" and was afraid that Swann would escalate the manner physically, but Swann told authorities that he didn't physically force her to return to the auto and that he needed Yung's phone to use the Global Positioning System and find their way back home.
Witnesses then claimed Swann attempted to get her back into the auto, but failed to put the vehicle into park - causing it to roll forward and hit a tree.
The 5-6, 170-pound Swann began performing in WWE's Orlando-based minor league division NXT in 2015 after spending the previous seven years working for smaller promotions. "Upon conviction for such misconduct, a WWE talent will be immediately terminated".
