BJD demands Baijayant J Panda’s removal from Lok Sabha
Panda said he has been an MP for 18 years and the allegations levelled against me are of low-level. The allegations are utterly false. Hence we demand that Panda, Vice-Chairman, IMFA, should immediately resign as Member of Parliament from Kendrapara on ethical and moral grounds, he demanded.
Baijayant Panda, Vice-Chairman IMFA, is an employee of IMFA and has been drawing salary as per provisions contained in Section 17 (1) of the Income Tax Act, 1961 and perquisites under Section 17 (2) of the Income Tax Act, 1961, he said.

Panda was elected to Lok Sabha in 2009 and 2014 and had been a Rajya Sabha member from 2000 to 2009. Why are they after the organization which has given employment to 6,000 people?
