The 32-year-old, who is now expecting her second child with husband John Legend, tweeted the unusual tale on Thursday.
In the caption of the decade-old snap, Teigen, who's now pregnant with the couple's second child, couldn't help but laugh at her hilariously dark spray tan. "I got home today and ran to go peepee and you know when you're so close to the bathroom so you kind of release because you know you're about to pee", she tweeted.
Imagine walking into your bathroom, absolutely bursting, only to discover that the literal toilet was gone.
The expectant mother then shared a photo of the bathroom without the main feature and captioned it, "like there was no toilet (sic)".
Her husband, R&B star John Legend, soon cleared up the matter with fans, insisting the toilet had been removed by contractors.

The "Sports Illustrated" model - who is expecting her second child - rushed home as she was desperate to use the bathroom but was left shocked when she realised it had disappeared.
The pregnant Lip Sync Battle co-host took to Twitter to express her concern for her missing toilet.
Teigen caught wind of this snide comment, and responded to this individual wrongfully claiming that she has indulged in plastic surgery.
