Federer will play Marin Cilic on Sunday in a repeat of last summer's Wimbledon final - when coincidentally the Croatian was in tears because of blisters - as he bids to become the first man to reach 20 grand slam singles titles.
In the second semi-final match, Federer overcame 21-year-old Korean Hyeon Chung who surrendered in the duel against the Swiss player due to an injury.
The 19-time Grand Slam victor, who will now vie for a sixth title in Melbourne on Sunday, broke Chung's serve at the first attempt and took the first set before his inexperienced opponent had settled. Thirteen straight wins in Melbourne, he hasn't dropped a set, 5-1 in finals in Melbourne and 8-1 against Cilic.
"I think he's going to have a lot of success". I like that about the idea of hiding any problems from the opponent.

Their head-to-head record doesn't suggest much of a contest, but Cilic can draw inspiration from his one victory.
