FIRST ALERT FORECAST: Seasonably cool and quiet pattern

Sunny skies and calm conditions Friday milder too

Sunny skies and calm conditions Friday milder too

Thankfully the winds have diminished overnight so at least they won't be adding insult to injury. Despite very little cloud cover for the majority of the day, high temperatures only reached the mid-30s, which are either near or slightly below normal for late January.

Friday will feel a lot more comfortable with sunny skies, milder temperatures and a light wind. But the real warm-up arrives this weekend!

Saturday will be breezy and mild with highs near 50 degrees and increasing clouds. It's the pick of the weekend for outdoor plans. This will mean lows at night will continue to remain seasonably cool in the middle to upper 30s with afternoon highs in the lower 60s.
