Josh McDaniels Second 'Interview' with Colts Will Occur on Friday

The Patriots offensive coordinator will have his second interview with Indianapolis on Friday, according to NFL Media's Tom Pelissero.
As Pelissero notes, a deal can't be finalized until after the Super Bowl, but the second interview should offer the organization an opportunity to get a head-start on its offseason planning.
Indianapolis' hiring of McDaniels can not become official until after the Super Bowl, but all signs point to McDaniels heading to the Colts.

All signs are pointing toward Josh McDaniels roaming the Colts' sidelines next season. "That's what McDaniels is doing tomorrow with the Colts".
There are also reports that McDaniels and Phair will be joined by Matt Eberflus and Jake Peetz as the Colts' defensive and offensive coordinators, respectively.
