Arsene Wenger defends Arsenal's transfer policy after signing Henrikh Mkhitaryan
Arsenal have been boosted in their pursuit of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang as Borussia Dortmund have grown exhausted of the "disturbing fires" surrounding the striker.
A move to sign Aubameyang as a replacement for Alexis Sanchez appeared to be fairly straightforward, but Dortmund are holding out for an improved bid from the Gunners.
"We are prepared to implement a transfer under certain parameters-but only if these parameters are fully met. Arsenal has started several attempts so far".
Borussia Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc said: "We have a clear position, Aubameyang wants to leave".
The Gunners boss spoke to the media saying that Arsenal are eyeing to land Borussia Dortmund star Pierre Emerick Aubameyang, but they are far from close at the moment.
Dortmund recently named their asking price of €70m for Aubameyang, but it seems Arsenal are consistently bidding below the asking price and having every bid batted away.

Adding Aubameyang alongside Ozil, Mkhitaryan and Alexandre Lacazette would give Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger one of the deepest and most gifted forward lines of his 21-year tenure.
