NewsFeyenoord have reportedly rejected a second bid worth £15million from Newcastle for striker Nicolai Jorgensen.

However, while acknowledging that the player could leave before the end of the month, Benitez has insisted that the 23-year-old will not make a switch to another top-flight team.

Since signing for the Dutch club in 2016, Jorgensen has provided 32 goals in all competitions.

Feyenoord have knocked back the offer and Sky Sports understands the club are holding out for a bid in the region of at least £20m.

The Northern Echo report that Feyenoord acknowledge keeping hold of Jorgensen may prove hard, but they are determined to extract what they believe to be his true worth.
