Chicago Police Department shows Marilyn Hartman

The "serial stowaway" who was arrested just weeks ago for sneaking onto a flight from Chicago to London has been arrested again for being caught at Chicago's O'Hare International Airport.

She was taken into custody and charged with misdemeanor trespassing on state land and violating the conditions of her bail bond, which were set last week. She was ordered by the judge to stay away from airports, which is what led to her being charged with violation of a bail bond Sunday.

Once on the plane, flight attendants realized she didn't have a ticket and alerted authorities.

Authorities said they thought Hartman got through a federal TSA checkpoint at a domestic terminal without a ticket before taking a shuttle to the worldwide terminal.

In the most recent case, at about 1:30 a.m. Sunday, police responded to a disturbance call where a woman was refusing to leave.

Hartman was discharged Thursday after she was captured a week ago to bypass Transportation Security Administration checkpoint at O'Hare air terminal and loaded up a British Airways flight without a ticket or ticket.

After entering a security checkpoint, she then went to a terminal and tried to board a plane to CT, but as she tried to "dart around" another passenger in line, she was stopped by a flight agent and told to sit down, Assistant State's Attorney Maria McCarthy previously told the court.

Marilyn Hartman's mugshot from an earlier arrest after being caught sneaking onto planes after what police say was a ticketless flight from Chicago to London.

A few different circumstances Hartman was arrested for meandering air terminal terminals without a ticket, raising doubts on whether she was planning for another endeavor to load onto a flight ticketless.

In addition to ordering Hartman to stay away from O'Hare at the January 20 bond hearing, the judge, Stephanie K. Miller, required her to undergo a psychiatric evaluation and wear an ankle monitor until her case is concluded.

In 2016, Hartman was sentenced in Chicago to six months of house arrest and placed on two years of mental health probation. The Chicago Tribune reports that in December 2015 she told NBC-Ch.
