'We will go on our way if BJP do not want alliance' : Naidu

Andhra Pradesh State Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu has unfortunately missed the Republic Day celebrations at the Indira Gandhi Municipal Stadium in Vijayawada, taking everyone by surprise.

The United Nations Environment Program promised to assist the State in expanding the footprint of zero-budget natural farming, Mr. Naidu said, adding that the WEF was an excellent opportunity to network with the who's who of world's business leaders, who paid due attention to A.P.'s growth story.

On Saturday, while addressing a media gathering, Naidu said, "If two parties are in alliance, then one should not talk against the other". The Central leadership should take note or react.

The BJP's floor leader in the AP Assembly, Vishnu Kumar Raju, recently found fault with Naidu for inducting four legislators of the opposition YSR Congress, who defected to the TDP, into the state Cabinet. This seems to be the harshest comment from Naidu on the issue.

"Earlier, he announced that his MPs will resign as a protest against the Centre for not giving special status". Nothing. He is making efforts to come out of the corruption charges.

Addressing the media at the Secretariat here, Mr. Naidu said he was exploring the possibility of mobilising investments under the demand-led financing schemes, which had been the new global trend. The Chief Minister and his Son Lokesh were on an official tour to Davos and as per the schedule, they were to attend the Republic Day celebrations on Friday.
