President Yoweri Museveni has said he "loves" his United States counterpart, Donald Trump, who recently used a cruel word to describe, because he is frank.
Earlier, a horde of African nations, as well as western countries and worldwide organizations condemned Trump's alleged words, which he himself flatly denied.
"I don't know whether he was misquoted or whatever".
Mr Trump has denied making the remarks but U.S. senators who attended the meeting say that he did. I love Trump because he tells Africans frankly, " said the president.

Meeting speaker of parliament, Rebecca Kadaga today morning, US Ambassador to Uganda Deborah Malac referred to Trump's comments about the African continent as unfortunate, disturbing and upsetting.
Mr Trump allegedly used the term "shithole countries" when asking why the United States should accept immigrants from Haiti and some countries in Africa.
The White House denied Mr Trump made the comments.
She added that she tries not to get distracted since they have important work to do in the country and that together with the government and the people of Uganda, they will ensure that peace continues.
