According to Bartlesville Police Captain Jay Hastings, at approximately 9:30 PM on Wednesday evening there was an officer involved shooting in the 1600 block of S. Maple in Bartlesville. Police say 72-year-old Geraldine Townsend was armed with a real looking pellet gun. Court documents said marijuana and several pellet guns were found inside the home. Officers were in the area to serve a search warrant for drugs and when they entered a home and were arresting a man, identified as Mike Livingston, 50, when gunshots rang out in the home.
