The charge comes just a day after students across the nation walked out of their classrooms to protest gun violence and call for greater gun control in the wake of a school shooting in Florida that killed 17 last month. The school increased security in response to the threat.

According to the WPD the threat was made on Twitter, and the account for the user who made the threat was suspended. They wouldn't say if she was a student at the school, but said she was not arrested on school grounds.
