"Dance Moms" star Abby Lee Miller is free to be a dancing queen once again - she's out of jail.
Right before she went into prison, Miller shared that she was looking at her sentence as a chance for some "me time". Miller was released from the Victorville, CA prison she's been at since last July and sent to the Residential Reentry Center where she will remain until her release date on May 25.
But Abby Lee Miller's early release got pushed back, and her prison consultant and coach Jennifer Myers revealed that the reason why is due to a protocol shift for the Bureau Of Prisons, according to Entertainment Tonight.
The reality TV personality was released from federal prison, where she was serving a 366-day sentence for bankruptcy fraud.
She also can not have access to any unsafe weapons or communicate with someone she knows is engaged in criminal activity.
Miller, who has shed a whopping 100lbs during her time behind bars, was originally scheduled for release June 21. She was also accused of splitting up $120,000 in cash and having her friends carry it back into the U.S. for her in plastic bags in an effort to not have to claim it at customs.

Abby Lee Miller's legal trouble began back in October 2015 when the "Dance Moms" star was charged with trying to hide a substantial amount of income during a bankruptcy.
Miller took to Instagram last December to share that she passed her real estate class.
She said she was afraid of what prison would be like. "I'm more than sorry for the mistakes I have made", she wrote.
Miller is not entirely off the hook, though, as she's still required to obey a strict set of rules, including a set of drug tests and meetings with her probation officer.
The former Dance Moms star said she's made lots of mistakes but "the number one mistake being, trusting other people with my money".
