This isn't the first time the "Melrose Place" actress has been in legal trouble over domestic violence. She pleaded to a lesser charge of reckless driving and was sentenced to probation.
At 10:27 p.m., she was arrested on suspicion of one felony count of domestic battery.
A court date has been set for March 13. One, posted Saturday, shows her and her dog on what she says is a flight to Boston.

Heisser was not specifically identified as the alleged victim in the domestic abuse case, though the Associated Press wrote the victim was Locklear's live-in boyfriend. A recent post by Locklear of the two of them read, "My favorite person on earth". Locklear has been married twice - to Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora from 1986 to 1993 and to Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee from 1994 to 2007.
Her engagement to fellow "Melrose Place" star Jack Wagner fell apart in 2011.

In 2010, Locklear was arrested for a misdemeanor hit-and-run after hitting a "No Parking" sign on a public street with her vehicle. "She attacked three of our deputies and was arrested, there was also evidence that she had battered her boyfriend".
Locklear was arrested and medically cleared at a local hospital before she was booked into Ventura County jail.
