Joy-Anna Duggar and husband Austin Forsyth are first-time parents! "God is so good, and we are so thankful".
Before Gideon was born, Joy-Anna and Austin knew each other for 15 years. The couple told the magazine that Gideon Martyn was born on Friday, Feb. 23, and weighed 10 pounds.
Like his wife, Austin was raised in a strict Christian home, and the two were expected to abstain from sex before marriage and wait until their wedding day for their first kiss.
In the preview, the couple reveals that they are finally getting to enjoy some alone time together. Joy-Anna and Austin shared the news of Gideon's arrival on their shared Instagram account, along with a picture of the sweet little guy.
After a short-lived 3-month engagement the couple married in May at Cross Church in Rogers, Arkansas.

Daughter Jill, 26, who is married to Derrick Dillard, has two children, Israel and Samuel, and Jessa, 25, who is married to Ben Seewald, has two children, Spurgeon and Henry.
The Duggar family also shared the exciting news on their website, writing: 'We are so blessed to share that Joy and Austin are expecting!
Kylie is not the only member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan to have a baby this year.
