Current Apple Watch comes in 38 mm and 42 mm screen sizes and Apple could increase display size by reducing bezels without increasing the size of watch itself. The display getting bigger makes sense as it would require a larger crown making it plausible to add a higher battery capacity and possibly some new features such as better health monitoring improvements. This is a testament to how good Apple's first smartwatch actually was from the get-go.
