Apple releases watchOS 4.3
IOS 11.3 is the first version of iOS to include a battery health feature, created to indicate when the battery on a device is impaired enough by age, heavy use, or environmental conditions to benefit from diminished processor performance.
You can now watch ad-free music videos if you're an Apple Music subscriber, and Apple is pushing the TV app with live sports programming from TBS, TNT and more. Users can also see the state of their batteries and how much degradation they have suffered.
In the USA, this version of the OS comes with the Health Records feature that will aggregate all of your medical records in one place, that is, if you have a participating provider.
The new update also updates ARKit to the version 1.5, which is built in iOS 11.3 too. It has image and object recognition, and lets you place virtual stuff onto vertical surfaces. The alternative option is to replace older batteries, and users will be informed if a battery needs to be serviced with the latest update.

Additionally, iOS 11.3 brings Business Chat which is a new way for users to communicate directly with businesses via the Messages app on iPhone and iPad. It's essentially a platform for text-message-based customer support, called Business Chat. With this update, your home screen layout is now included with that backup. This feature isn't available for users in India yet.
Apple has just released version 4.3 of watchOS, in line with the release of iOS 11.3 and it returns one of the most common uses for a smartwatch: controlling your music playing on your iPhone. The update includes Nightstand mode. You can now control your HomePod's volume and music playback right from your Apple Watch.
tvOS 11.3 is a relatively minor update for the fourth-generation Apple TV and Apple TV 4K. Apple watchOS 4.3 also brings in a couple of fixes, including not working Siri music commands, incorrectly awarded Activity achievements, and a couple of security patches as well. There's also a new charging animation and new app loading animation, and your activity data can be seen on the Siri watch face. You will also get enhancements for Match Content. That feature was pulled, leaving only smaller additions such as the Privacy screen, auto frame rate switching for the fourth-gen Apple TV, and bug fixes.
