Investigation into Rock Falls officer-involved-shooting turned over to State’s Attorney
A police officer went inside the store and saw Daychild and yelled at him to stop; Daychild saw the officer and then ran out of the store. It was not clear if the man had been present at the stationhouse during the alleged assault.
