Baaghi 2 releases in theatres today: Box Office predictions
The screen count for the same is huge! The estimation may vary after taking afternoon and evening shows into consideration but nevertheless, Good Friday has really helped Baaghi 2 score more footfalls at the theatres, reported Box Office India: "The holiday factor has aided the opening of the film and it could turn out to be the highest opening day of the year beating Padmaavat but that will depend on how the first day unfolds post the late afternoon shows".
Trade and film analyst Girish Johar said, "With Baaghi's success in 2016 and Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani in the lead, audiences are eagerly waiting for this actioner to hit the theatres". This film is a remake of Telugu superhit film Kshanam. Baaghi 2 presents all forms of action, from hand to hand combat, chase sequence, outdoor mega action sequences to all new forms of weaponry. The interesting thing is that the film Baaghi 2 has got a solo release and there is no big film in next week also. The movie, which boasts of high-flying action sequences and emotional drama, has managed to impress Bollywood celebrities who watched the Ahmed Khan directorial at a special screening a day prior to its release. The film is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under the banners Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment and Fox Star Studios.
