Hi-Rez President Takes Aim at Overwatch's Latest Hero- Paladins Champions of the Realm

As an armored Support hero, most of Brigitte's abilities revolve around armor.
Over on Twitter, Hi-Rez Studios head honcho Stewart Chisam commented on the similarities between Overwatch's Brigitte, and the studio's own Ash. When entering the fray, Barrier Shield provides personal defence while she attacks enemies with Shield Bash.

If she heals someone to higher than full health, the difference is given to them in armour - showing that she has still learned some things from her father. Using it, you can extend your flail an insane 20 meters and knock an enemy back. She's the youngest daughter of Torbjörn, but was the first of his offspring to become interested in mechanical engineering.
Her lore follows on from this story and reveals that she stepped on the battlefield with him, becoming his squire. Brigitte's ultimate, called Rally, allows her to move much faster than normal and provides nearby teammates with a substantial armor boost that lasts until its depleted by the enemy.
