"The Champion" singer, 34, posted a new photo Friday with her out-of-retirement hockey star hubby, Mike Fisher, in which they're holding red X's in honor of the End It Movement.
In November Underwood had a scary fall outside of her home that required more than 40 stitches on her face and surgery on her wrist.

"And I am grateful for the people in my life that have been there every step of the way". "My husband is as wonderful as he is hot, and I feel like that's rare", Underwood has said.
"I am determined to make 2018 incredible and I want to share things with you along the way", she added. Words are she's struggling with self confidence since her face scar "isn't fading at all".
