World recently named Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH) as the victor of "Best Airport in the Middle East" for the second year in a row in its annual Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards.
Mumbai's Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport has been ranked as the World's Best Airport for customer experience.
The ACI has 641 members, responsible for operating 1,953 airports spanning across 176 countries.
The ASQ is the only worldwide programme to survey passengers at the airport on their day of travel.
Almost 74 per cent of the world?s top 100 busiest airports are part of the ASQ network.

2017 will be presented during the ACI Customer Excellence Global Summit, scheduled in Halifax, Nova Scotia (Canada), on September 10th to 13th.
