The magazine has pictures of two women breastfeeding infants (one of them is a model), and is filled anecdotes from mothers. While a set of people were all praises for this bold cover, some found it objectionable and condemned both Joseph and the magazine. There have been numerous incidents where women have been shamed, humiliated, and even assaulted for breastfeeding in public. The 27-year-old is seen breastfeeding a baby on the cover of the magazine. Gilu revealed that she has read the comments which say that this is a publicity stunt. "You don't have to be afraid or ashamed about it", said Gilu.
As for the sindoor, Gilu said that it was aimed at mothers and wives, who "are proudly feeding their babies right now, without worrying about anything else".
Joseph is not married and the baby in the picture is not her own, both points that have drawn criticism on social media, although reaction to the cover has generally been positive.

"Breastfeeding is a matter of pride, and women have to be able to feed their children freely and openly".
