Christened the "Remix Edition", it is part of the Japanese low-priced brand's affinity towards launching exclusive models of its auto fleet in limited numbers.

The Nissan-owned automobile company, Datsun has announced the Remix Limited Edition of the Go hatch and Go+ MUV in India, at a price tag of Rs 4.21 lakh (ex-showroom) and Rs 4.99 lakh (ex-showroom) respectively. The Remix Editions comprises cosmetic changes on the inside as well as out to differentiate them from the regular series. The GO and GO+ also come in Storm White and Dual-tone Silver colour schemes, respectively. Bookings have started for the special edition Go and Go+, which are Rs 9,000 and Rs 6,000 more than their respecitve high-spec T variants. The latter has its body painted in black with orange decals on the sides and the roof rail done up in orange.

Datsun Go Remix is available in exclusive onyx black colour with orange decals, while the Go+ Remix is available in a dual-tone storm white colour styled with orange and black decals. Equipment like remote keyless entry, hands-free Bluetooth audio, seat covers, all black front grill, black wheel covers, piano-black interiors, rear spoiler, chrome exhaust finisher and chrome bumper bezel - all come standard on both Go and Go+ Remix editions.

The Datsun GO and GO+ Remix Limited Edition draw power from a 1.2-litre three-cylinder petrol engine producing 67bhp and 104Nm of torque. The engine has been connected to the 5-speed manual gearbox for transmission. The cars have been fitted with follow-me-home headlamps, speed sensitive electric power steering, powerful air conditioning, front power windows, auxiliary-in, USB charger ports and central locking. The interior has been updated with an all black theme with orange accents. It will be the flagship model to compete against the likes of Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Tata Nexon, Ford EcoSport, Honda WR-V and the likes.
