AAP leader Kumar Vishwas took a dig at Arvind Kejriwal with a couplet on Twitter, saying what do call a person who doesn't stay true to his word. Reportedly, Mr Majithia, has accepted the apology and will withdraw the suit. "These statements made a political issue", Kejriwal in a written statement submitted to an Amritsar court Thursday. "Now I've learnt that allegations are unfounded", he writes.

Majithia had filed a criminal defamation case against Kejriwal and two other AAP leaders for allegedly "tarnishing" his reputation by levelling "false, baseless and malicious charges".
Another senior AAP leader Kanwar Sandhu also reacted sharply. Following Delhi CM Kejriwal's allegations, Bikram Singh Majithia had filed a defamation case against the Delhi Chief Minister.
A report by ABP News said that the accused arrested by the STF had confessed to making payments to Majithia.
