Russia's athletics suspension still stands – Lord Coe
Late past year, the International Olympic Committee suspended the membership of the Russian Olympic Committee over doping abuse allegations but allowed clean Russian athletes to participate in the 2018 Winter Games under the Olympic flag and in the neutral status of an Olympic Athlete from Russia (OAR).
Not that neutral, actually: "Olympic Athlete from Russia", as opposed to "Independent Olympic Athlete", a term used in some previous cases.
International Olympic Committee president Thomas Bach said the two failed tests, from curler Alexander Krushelnitsky and bobsledder Nadezhda Sergeeva, were "very disappointing".
