Finally a Monday where we're not talking about a potential for accumulating snow in the week's forecast!
BBC's Darren Bett said there could be "significant snow" in the days approaching the Easter weekend which is most likely confined to Scotland. We aren't expecting a drought-buster today, but a general 0.25 - 0.50 inches of rain is likely.
Tuesday: A cloudy start, but any lingering rain will clear eastwards through the morning leaving a bright day with a mixture of sunny spells and some scattered showers. Be careful if you're out on the roads and don't forget to click those headlights into the "on" position!

Temperatures in early April are normally between the low 50s and upper 20s. The end of the week and the weekend will have a gradual cooling trend, as well as more chances for rain and snow.
