Ngata, 34, is a five-time Pro Bowler, two-time first-team All-Pro, and a Super Bowl champion. Ngata suffered a biceps injury against the Carolina Panthers in Week 5 of the 2017 season, which resulted in him going on injured reserve. Ngata won't have to play a heavy snap count in Philadelphia, so if he can play at (or near) that level of production, he'll be a valuable defensive line piece.
Ngata should help fill the void created by the anticipated departure of Beau Allen to free agency.
Ngata just turned 34 years old and is coming off a season in which he played in just five games for the Detroit Lions before needing surgery to fix a torn bicep.
