Lee's lawsuit, in which she also calls her former employer "willful" and "oppressive", is just the latest shoe to drop for Google in the last six months.
Loretta Lee, who worked for Google for seven years before she was sacked in 2016, described an environment of repeated sexual harassment in a lawsuit she recently filed, reported Gizmodo.
She said that her male co-workers spiked her drinks with alcohol with one asking her for a "horizontal hug" and another slapping her while intoxicated.
But another former Google employee, the site reliability engineer Tim Chevalier, alleged in his own lawsuit last week that he was sacked for speaking out against Damore's memo on internal message boards, which Chevalier's lawyer described as a "cesspool of bullying and harassment".
Lee was pressured to file a formal complaint by human resources, but she resisted because she feared being labeled an informant. "The incident with the co-worker under her desk unnerved her. Plaintiff [Lee] had never spoken to that co-worker before".
Due to her feeling isolated and unprotected, her performance suffered and was later fired at the start of 2016, even though documents say that she was considered an excellent performer and a rising star.

In April 2017, Google's "technology staffing management team" was told to cancel job interviews for software engineers with five or fewer years of experience who were not female, black or Latino, and to "purge entirely any applications by non-diverse employees from the hiring pipeline", according to the suit.
"We have strong policies against harassment in the workplace and review every complaint we receive", Ty Sheppard, a Google (googl) spokesman, said in a statement.
White man Arne Wilberg filed the suit in January 2018 following five years working for Google, and four years as a recruiter at YouTube, The Wall Street Journal reports. "We take action when we find violations - including termination of employment". The lawsuit was filed in Santa Clara County Superior Court.
