Thanks to a number of sources speaking to Kotaku UK, on condition of anonymity, we now know what's going on with the release window and contents of Grand Theft Auto V: Premium Edition. In the past few months, there were many leaks that suggest this new version of GTA 5 for PS4 and Xbox One.
If a couple of reports, leaks, and rumours are to believed, another Rockstar re-release is shortly on the way this year, too, and it's called GTA 5: Premium Edition. The release date was shuffling around.
Well, the rumor about a release date of 23rd of March has been hit once more, as based on Kotaku's word, they have the concrete details that point towards the release date of the premium edition of the game to be pushed to April.
It originally seemed to be planned for March 23, but according to Kotaku it's now been put back to sometime in April. It will also include criminal enterprise starter pack, a paid DLC which came out in december. As per the new source, the pack adds a value of over $10,000,000 GTA dollars.

Several weeks ago, some eagle-eyed Grand Theft Auto 5 fans spotted several listings for a potential Premium Edition of the open world crime title on Amazon Germany's site, leading many to speculate if and when the possible all-inclusive version of the game would launch. The reason this new version is being announced so close to its release appears to be that it will be a replacement for the standard version, and sell for the same price.
There isn't anything new in this version according to this report, so if you've purchased the original game and all its DLC it probably wouldn't be worth your time to buy the premium version 2.
