Biden offered support for high school students who organized nationwide rallies against gun violence last Saturday.

Biden appeared on the liberal podcast "Pod Save America" over the weekend in an episode that was published Wednesday, and during the conversation, he addressed his comments toward the president.

Biden went after Trump during an anti-sexual assault rally at the University of Miami last Tuesday, saying that, given the right circumstances, he would have "beat the hell" out of the president for his past derogatory comments about women.

"I find the behavior and the talk vulgar", he said of comments Trump made on a 2006 tape in which he referenced grabbing women's genitals.

"I shouldn't have said what I said", he admitted.
