Heather Locklear Will Escape Felony Charge In Domestic Violence Arrest
Prosecutors have decided not to charge Heather Locklear with felony domestic violence after her dramatic arrest in Southern California two weeks ago, multiple sources told the Daily News on Monday.
To be exact, she is facing four counts of misdemeanor battery for the responders and one for obstructing or resisting an authority.
Locklear may have felt relieved that domestic violence charges have vanished but she shouldn't be complacent at all. Locklear allegedly shouted at and kicked personnel who responded to the call.
One source said the "Melrose Place" actress won't face any domestic violence charges at all - only misdemeanours involving allegations she kicked and shoved sheriff's deputies responding to a call at her Thousand Oaks residence February 25.
Locklear, 56, who is now in treatment at a medical facility, became belligerent with officers and was allegedly "combative, flailing, kicking" at officers as they tried to take her into custody.
Locklear's representatives did not immediately reply to requests for comment.

Locklear allegedly kicked the officer just to push his foot away, and it was allegedly too strong that she was able to close the door.
As CrimeOnline previously reported, Locklear's boyfriend, Christopher Heisser, 56, said the actress was acting "crazy, angry, and wild" as she bit and attacked him.
Heather also screamed, "You f****** deserve your kids to die!" "'And when you find yourself in that position, think of me!'"
Locklear continued, reportedly saying that she hoped nobody would burn down the police department and telling officers they better never come to her home again. Police learned during their investigation that Locklear purchased a gun in 1985 and registered it under her name.
