The Sad Decline of Heather Locklear Since Her Reign
- Actress Heather Locklear was arrested in Thousand Oaks on suspicion of domestic violence and battery of an officer, it was reported Monday.
According to the police, the troubled actress was taken away following a late-night visit to her Los Angeles home which left Hessier with a visible mark on his body. Not only has her mom, Heather, been to rehab six times for drug and alcohol abuse, but her dad, #Richie Sambora, has also faced his own issues with substance abuse over the years.
The actress claimed that she had suffered an injury prior and was taken to the hospital before being booked. Ventura County Sheriff's Office spokesperson Capt. Garo Kuredjian told Us Weekly, "During the officers' investigation Locklear was uncooperative and agitated, she was not only verbally uncooperative, but physically abusive to officers". "They said she seemed unstable and they wanted to take her for a psychological evaluation". Her brother immediately headed over to the house. Heisser, an ex-convict, was arrested less than an hour later for drink-driving.

Locklear, 56, was arrested in 2012 after an alleged violent fight with ex-fiance Jack Wagner.
