Jennifer Garner made headlines at the 2018 Oscars after a video of the actress applauding before seemingly coming to a shocking realization went hugely viral, with social media users doing their best to try and figure out what Garner had been thinking at the moment.
During the 90th annual Academy Awards, the former "Alias" star was caught on camera clapping then suddenly stopping.
"I can't even look at it. I can't. It's too embarrassing", Jennifer said. "No, I regret, regret, regret".
Mother-of-three Jennifer added that she "regrets, regrets, regrets" pulling that face, and told Ellen she "wishes" she had a better story about what prompted it.
"I wanna just punch her in the face", Jen joked about her expression.

"They did the sad part of Hamilton and I started crying and I couldn't stop", said on the call. "Maybe I should date a fish?" she said, referring to this year's Best Picture victor. The actress shared that she does stand by her reaction to the Tony-winning musical.
Noting that shes a little bit of a lightweight, Garner added, Hamilton really is that lovely!
