Apple Watch 4 to have more screen more battery more sensors
Apart from the visual changes, iOS 11.3 implements a lot of bug fixes and performance enhancements too.

The update introduces a new "Battery Health" feature that's created to provide iOS users with more information about their batteries, and it is a function Apple promised to introduce following backlash over the power management features added to older iPhones, Mac Rumours reported.
From here, tap the name of your home, then scroll down to Speakers Software Update. You can now disable performance throttling on older iPhones which have aged batteries.
The battery health section shows the "maximum capacity" of your battery. Apple has also linked a webpage explaining the physics behind ageing batteries.
While Apple claimed that the measure was necessary to prevent devices from suddenly shutting down, local consumers claim that the company should still have notified users of the matter before the decision was taken. Some users would choose battery health in order to avoid replacing the old battery.
It should be noted that while you may see increased speeds, turning off the device's power management feature may not result in the best experience. Previously, you could only use horizontal surfaces for placing AR objects.
