The filmmakers have proved yet again that content prevails over anything. With a total box office collection of Rs 82.17 crore, the Kartik Aaryan, Nushrat Bharucha and Sunny Singh starrer has become the second highest grosser of 2018, after Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Padmaavat.
After the magical run of the film, which is still going strong at the box office, Ranjan and Kumar have chose to team up for multiple films starting right from Ajay Devgn and Tabu's quirky rom-com.
First on their to-do list is the film top-lined by Ajay Devgn and Tabu, directed by film editor Akiv Ali.
Luv Ranjan's latest offering Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety which had released on February 23 has dislodged Akshay Kumar's PadMan at the box office to become the second highest grosser of 2018 after Padmaavat. The film is a fresh take on urban relationships.
Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety had faced a lot of screen crunch and tough comepetition from movies with big names like Pari, Hate Story IV, Dil Junglee, 3 Storeys SKTKS still continues to attract the audiences with its romantic comedy and fantastic comic punches.
