First ever MacBook Air with Retina Display leaks alongside affordable MacBook
This is the same as the current generation MacBook Pro.
First we had a rumour about an affordable MacBook and now more leaks have revealed two versions of this affordable machine plus a new Retina Display toting MacBook Air.
All this is speculation, of course, but we've heard previous rumors that Apple will be offering a new entry-level 13-inch MacBook, which could even potentially replace the MacBook Air. Instead, MacBook Pro feature Air owners wanted for years is finally making its way to the notebook.
Apple is looking to announce an entry-level Macbook variant as soon as the end of 2018's second quarter, possibly around the company's developer conference WWDC 2018.
This entry-level MacBook can only be an Air model because the same report says the device is getting a 13.3-inch a-Si panel made by LG Display.
The new report, from Digitimes Research, points to Apple sourcing screens from LG Display, with a sharp resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels.

Student hurls shoe at former PM Nawaz Sharif
After the incidence, Khawaja Asif said that he should be released saying he has no enmity with him. Another man hurled a shoe at Sharif, almost missing him but hitting a person standing behind him.
However, the new notebook would have a much more higher resolution than the MacBook Air's current 1440 x 900.
The MacBook Air 2018 will have the new displays delivered by LG somewhere in April and the production of the new Apple's laptops should begin by the end of May or early June.
According to DigiTimes, Apple is expected to ship around four million units of this new 13-inch MacBook during the course of 2018.
As for the assembly, Quanta Computer obtains 70% of the orders and Foxconn Electronics (Hon Hai Precision Industry) 30%. Apple is expected to release the new 9.7-inch iPad in the second quarter of 2018, and the new iPad Pro in the second half of the year.
"In other supply chain news it's noted that Apple is to release a new low-cost 9.7" iPad in Q2 and a new iPad Pro in the second half of the year.
