Maserati Levante Trofeo Packs A Ferrari-Made V8 With 590 HP
The Trofeo is powered by Maserati's 3.8-litre twin turbo V8, also found in the Quattroporte GTS GranSport, but it's putting out 440kW and 730Nm.

The Maserati Levante Trofeo goes in to production in the summer, and if it arrives in the United Kingdom expect prices to be a chunk more than the £71k V6 version.
With the Alfieri sports auto delayed and the GranTurismo now so old it's officially a fossil, Maserati's been badly in need of a new performance flagship for a while.
Apparently, weight-distribution is a spot-on 50:50 across the axles, and with standard all-wheel drive and a new "Corsa" driving mode, plus lowerable air suspension, the ingredients for another high-riding assault on physics and common sense are all present and correct.
