Moto G6
To follow up on last year's Moto G5 family, it seems like the Lenovo-owned company is planning on pulling inspiration from the hit Moto X4.
Like we said earlier, there may be internal changes in Motorola but the company is nearly set to launch the new Moto G6 phones. In terms of release date, not many details are available yet. The Moto G4 Play launched in 2016 is the last smartphone to launch under the Play series.
Ahead of the launch, press renders of the Moto G6 have surfaced online (courtesy of Killer Features), showing off the smartphone from every angle. Moto G6 On The Way? The Moto G6 Play comes with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of expandable storage. Also, there is no word on the India price of the three handsets either.

The next variant in the G6 series, Moto G6 is expected to feature a 5.7-inch Full HD Plus display. Whereas the Moto G6 Play comes with a rear-facing fingerprint sensor integrated into the Moto dimple. The smartphone also features a 4,000mAh battery, a fingerprint scanner and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Earlier, design renders of the Moto G6 were spotted on Chinese certification website TENAA. It is seen to have a sleek metal frame with a camera bump on the back. The smartphone will come with a 1.4 Ghz processor, expected to be an older Snapdragon 430 SoC. That's a huge departure from the design of the Moto G5 family from a year ago, but since reports point to the "Moto X5" being axed, it makes sense Moto would want to keep that popular design around to some extent. The report also stated that the phone will feature a metal and glass body with a curved back panel.
In the past few weeks, there are quite a few leaks about the upcoming Moto smartphones. It will be powered by a 1.8GHz octa-core Snapdragon 450 processor and will come with 4GB of RAM. The rear camera will feature a dual-camera setup with 12 MP + 5 MP cameras, whereas the front camera will feature a single 16 MP sensor.
