North Atlantic Treaty Organisation chief Jens Stoltenberg will today unveil "measures" in response to the poisoning of a former Russian spy in Britain, the alliance said, as worldwide pressure mounts on Moscow.

More than 20 countries on Monday announced expulsions of Russian diplomats in response to the attack on Skripal, 66, and his 33-year-old daughter, Yulia.

"This sends a clear message to Russian Federation that there are costs and consequences for its unacceptable and risky pattern of behaviour", Mr. Stoltenberg added.
