Three months after he announced to thousands of disappointed fans that the entirety of his comeback comedy tour was cancelled due to family reasons, Peter Kay has broken his silence on social media to reveals details of a charity event.
Peter Kay has announced a charity screening of new Peter Kay Car Share episodes will take place in 10 days' time.

PETER Kay's Twitter account has today announced a special charity screening of all-new Car Share episodes at Blackpool Opera House.
Four episodes will be screened at the Opera House, including the premiere of two brand new episodes; "Car Share: Unscripted" and the highly anticipated series finale.
The screening is in aid of charity The Lily Foundation and all funds raised will be donated to the children's charity.
