World Cup: Eagles can go all the way – Rohr
Ahead of Super Eagles double-header friendly games with Serbia and Poland, Super Eagles technical adviser, Gernot Rohr says he is living no stone unturned, as the game will be a pointer to his final 23-Man squad for the FIFA World Cup.
Apart from the Men's World Cup, the national teams have played in the finals of all the major Federation Internationale de Football Association sanctioned tournaments, including the U17 and U20 World Cups plus the Olympic Games. Only last week, the coach released list of players invited for the friendlies.
"It's not about the result but the unity of the team; we have some new players and we will like to see what they can also offer and have a good team ready for the main tournament in Russia", Rohr said.
"Every team going to the World Cup in Russian Federation has a dream of winning it", the German tactician said.

Rohr spoke to reporters when the FIFA World Cup Trophy Tour arrived in Lagos according to All Nigeria Soccer.
The Franco-German tactician made this known to journalist after watching MFM thrashed visiting Heartland 3-0 at the Agege stadium on Sunday in one of the NPFL match day 12 fixtures.
"Synthetic pitches are hot during the sun and it is not the best for the players, " he said. That is old-fashioned because the sun is not favourable playing on such turf.
