Roger Mason BIG3 Is Hostile, Racist ... BIG3 Calls BS
In an official statement exclusively provided by 5WPR, Mason has denied headline-generating claims about his personal activities ultimately forcing his BIG3 exit.
The BIG3 went through a bit of a front office shakeup on Monday afternoon, as word came out that commissioner Roger Mason Jr. was sacked amid allegations of corruption stemming from his involvement with Qatari investors in the league.
"I was terminated by BIG3 in retaliation for legal claims which I made last week in a letter sent by my attorneys to BIG3 Basketball alleging that the League had breached my employment agreement", Mason said in his statement.
Mason reportedly secured the BIG3's investment from Qatari businessmen Ayman Sabi and Ahmed Al-Rumaihi, but when they came under investigation for withholding millions of dollars from the league, the former San Antonio Spurs guard reportedly failed to comply, citing his relationship with the men.

The work environment at BIG3 has been hostile and racist resulting in the departure of valuable League personnel, specifically Kwatinentz has created an environment wherein he has repeatedly conducted himself in an inappropriate and unprofessional manner.
One of the problems, the league says it found evidence the Qataris were showering certain BIG3 employees with gifts and vacations while refusing to pay the league.
Ice Cube was someone I looked up to and it is disappointing that he would support these manufactured claims. The league had a successful debut season in 2017.
The BIG3 basketball league, co-founded by rapper and actor Ice Cube, plans to make a stop in Gwinnett County this summer. "People are really pumped up to see some of their beloved NBA greats play the game of basketball at the professional level again".
