Ronda Rousey finally gives honest answer on UFC downfall
In late 2014, in the prime of her run as UFC women's bantamweight champion, Rousey broke her own rule of never enjoying a night out during fight camp. Bryan said he's going to team up with Shane McMahon, who legitimately spent a few days in the hospital this week due to diverticulitis (covered on WWE.com here), in a tag team match against Owens and Zayn, who are now "fired" in the storyline. Having wrestled for a decade and a half, his body had seen its share of damage, but it was the concussion-related issues that he was dealing with that anxious the company that set the stage for both Bryan's retirement and the subsequent fight to get the WWE to change their mind and let him compete again.
Co-host Max Kellerman brought up Rousey's shocking loss to Holly Holm, asking why she thinks there was such a negative backlash to the loss.

While she hasn't had an actual wrestling match yet, she claims that the WWE will be her main focus for the next few years. Rousey believes she will surprise a lot of people at WrestleMania 34 and exceed expectations.
"I fought for three years for my dream to go back in there and compete, to go back in there and wrestle and Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens tried to take that away from me", Bryan said of how he was cleared for in-ring action last week. Back in January, they issued a statement saying that, "At this time, WWE remains committed to its decision".

Nelson hasn't fought since he lost to Santiago Ponzinibbio last summer, but Magny is coming off a huge win over veteran star Carlos Condit at UFC 219 at the end of December.
