Russian Federation to expel United Kingdom diplomats as crisis over nerve toxin attack deepens
Russian Federation will expel British diplomats in a worsening global standoff over a nerve agent attack on an ex-spy - but still isn't saying when or how many. The pair are hospitalized in critical condition in Salisbury, 90 miles (145 kilometers) southwest of London.
The leaders of Britain, France, Germany and the United States said there was "no plausible alternative explanation" for the use of the Soviet-designed nerve agent Novichok in the English city of Salisbury.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov on Friday also accused Britain of violating worldwide law and said Britain's defence minister "lacks education". U.S. President Donald Trump said it looked as though the Russians were behind it.
The escalating global scandal is unfolding as Skripal and his daughter remain in critical condition after exposure to the Soviet-designed chemical Novichok on March 4 in the English city of Salisbury.
Russian Federation has refused Britain's demands to explain how Novichok, a nerve agent developed by the Soviet military, was used to strike down Sergei Skripal, 66, and his daughter Yulia, 33, in the southern English city of Salisbury.

Lavrov also lashed back at British Defence Secretary Gavin Williamson for saying Russian Federation "should go away and shut up". Williamson studied social science at the University of Bradford. "Maybe he lacks education, I don't know".
Corbyn said Labour did not support Putin and that Russian Federation should be held to account if it was behind the attack.
