Ryder Cup Hazeltine to become first two-time US venue in 2028
It was the first victory by the United States since the 2008 Ryder Cup.
Hazeltine - site of the U.S. Ryder Cup Team's 17-11 victory two years ago - will become the first American venue to host a second Ryder Cup.
This fall's Ryder Cup is outside Paris, followed by Whistling Straits in Wisconsin in 2020, Rome in 2022, Bethpage on Long Island in NY in 2024 and Olympic Golf Club in San Francisco in 2032.
According to the Minneapolis Star Tribune, however, it wasn't necessarily that victory in a week of ideal fall weather that lured the PGA of America to return to the Minneapolis-St.

The team made the announcement in a novel way, enlisting the help of the men's Olympic gold medal winning curling team.
