You would think after making 24 Bond films they will have the process down to a fine art, but for their big 25 entry to the franchise, MGM has certainly had their work cut out for them.
The as-yet unnamed film, due out in November 2019, will be the 25 in the franchise, and Daniel Craig's fifth and final outing as the famous British spy. He did, however, say that it "all depends" on the script, adding that he has other irons in the fire: "I am working on a Richard Curtis script at the moment".
He said: "We are working on a script right now".
It looks like the next Bond movie has found its director, and it's a man who many perhaps would have overlooked for the job.
Boyle has always shown a keen interest in directing a Bond film. We hope to start shooting that in six or seven weeks.

The film is based on the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks. "The film will be mounted on an worldwide scale". He wrote, "Thank you dearest @priyankachopra for your love & warmth".

Speaking to Metro US at the red carpet premiere of Trust, the Oscar-winning director said he was working on a script with regular collaborator John Hodge.
The Richard Curtis script, All You Need Is Love will be Boyle's next project and he will then proceed with Bond 25. "It all depends on how it turns out. It would be foolish of me to give any of it away".
When asked if his Bond Girl would be befitting of the current climate, Boyle said: "You write in real time".
Boyle is known for his many works, including the Oscar victor "Slumdog Millionaire".
Danny's previous directing credits include "127 Hours", "28 Days Later" and the aforementioned "Slumdog Millionaire", for which he scooped the Academy Award for Best Director in 2008.
