Stormy Daniels Is Willing to Return $130000 Hush Money

Stormy Daniels offers to give back $130000 settlement to speak about alleged Trump affair

Stormy Daniels offers to give back $130000 settlement to speak about alleged Trump affair

If Cohen agrees to the deal, Clifford's lawyer, Michael Avenatti, has pledged to wire the money by Friday.

Stormy Daniels is formally offering to give back the $130,000 she got as a result of an agreement her lawyer calls a "hush agreement" not to talk about an alleged affair with Donald Trump.

BuzzFeed is reporting that lawyers for President Donald Trump are contemplating trying to stop 60 Minutes from airing an interview with adult film actress Stormy Daniels about her alleged affair with Donald Trump.

Under the give-back offer, Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, would regain the right to speak "openly and freely" about her relationship with Trump - and publish "any text messages, photos and/or videos" relating to him that she 'may have'. The letter was also addressed to a lawyer working on the case with Cohen, Lawrence Rosen.

Cohen made the payment from an LLC he created shortly before issuing the payment.

Stormy Daniels's lawyer tells me they have not heard back yet from Cohen or anyone on Trump's legal team about this offer to pay back the $130,000 for Stormy's freedom to dish publicly on Trump.

Crufts CHAOS as protesters wrestled to ground after storming arena
Owner Yvette Short, of Edinburgh, grabbed her two-and-a-half-year-old whippet Tease, as several men cornered the protester. Two pitch invaders interrupted the Crufts winner's ceremony on Sunday night to protest against extreme dog breeding.

Avenatti's new offer requires the signatures of "all parties", including that of the president.

Lawyers affiliated with the President have considered blocking the interview from airing.

"As we have always said, this is about a search for the truth and the ability of Clifford to tell the American people what really happened so they can make their own determination", Avenatti said in a statement.

In exchange, the actress, Stephanie Clifford, seeks an end to her deal to keep quiet about what she says was an affair with Trump that started in 2006 and lasted for several months. The interview is set to air on on CBS on March 18.

Trump can hope that the prospect of a libel suit will scare CBS out of airing the interview, or he can hope that further reporting will cause "60 Minutes" to conclude that Daniels is not credible and thus abandon the interview for journalistic reasons.

Daniels sued Trump in Los Angeles court last week, arguing the pre-election pact was null and void because he didn't sign the document, using the name David Dennison.
